L<\/span>a malnutrici\u00f3n, en todas sus formas, representa una amenaza significativa para el desarrollo humano y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico. Por lo tanto, mejorar la seguridad alimentaria y el consumo constituye un imperativo moral y social para fomentar el desarrollo. A pesar de la abundante evidencia sobre la relaci\u00f3n entre la ingesta cal\u00f3rica y la productividad laboral, son escasos los estudios que analizan la conexi\u00f3n entre la productividad laboral y la calidad de la dieta, medida a trav\u00e9s de la ingesta de micronutrientes. Este estudio, centrado en Kenia, estima los v\u00ednculos entre la ingesta de micronutrientes y la productividad laboral, medida mediante los ingresos laborales del hogar.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
